New Delhi: An active western disturbance is likely to bring light rain or isolated snowfall to Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand through Wednesday, India’s Meteorological Department announced today.
